All employees must pass a 90 day probationary period, after which they become eligible for benefits. Applicants must pass criminal background checks and drug and alcohol screening.

Qualifications for Employment :
1. Valid Florida Class D security license for UnArmed positions
2. Valid Florida class G armed security license for Armed positions
3. Valid Florida driver's license
4. High school diploma
5. Minimum work history of 2 years in the security industry.
6. Must be able to work nights and weekends & holidays.
7. Must own duty gear ( black bdu style pants - duty belt - boots - firearm - level three retention holster - ballistic vest - flashlight .
8. Must have a working cell phone
9. Must have reliable transportation
10.. Must be able to stand for long periods
